The best treatment: Would probably be prevention, but since they are already there.....Figure out why they are there. If they are friction blisters one cold express the fluid with a sterile needle. If they are secondary to something like fungus, apply an antifungal cream.

See below: Usually a pair of gel inserts to decreas the sheer and some vaseline to the blistered area. Custom orthotics will help to balance the foot and decrease the sheer and stabilize the foot.

Varied.: It depends on the size, location and whether there is fluid in the blister. If there is fluid, sterilize a pin and puncture the roof of the blister. Drain the fluid and apply antibiotic cream and a dressing. Watch for infection- redness, pain, swelling, pus. See a doc if there are problems or if you are not sure what to do.
