Avoid moisture: This type of eczema can often be hard to treat as she has already seen. However, the cause is generally moisture. Invest in some socks that wick away the moisture. Change them is they get wet. Dry off the feet after bathing and anytime they are wet and don't allow them to air dry. Steriod creams help eczema. If very severe medications by mouth will help but in the long run isn't the answer.

Keep : Foot dry, change shoes daily, give skies 24 hours between wearing them and moisture wicking socks. Have steroid cream on hand for flare ups.
