Quite broad question: All the conditions you are asking about can be examined by a podiatrist. The cause of each and the appropriate treatment is not the same for all. Warts are viruses resulting in a skin lesion. Calluses/corns are your skin's way of protecting itself from pressure. Blisters are breaks/peels in the skin resulting from friction but can be the result of internal injury/inflammation. Get checked.

Depends: The cause of the blisters need to be determined first. Friction? Poor shoe gear? Dermatological issue? Injury? Once this has been determined appropriate therapy can be initiated.
