I have symptoms of scabies recently, i put some canesten on some spot that i find itchy, the next morning, especially between fingers of my feet, it started to have tiny blisters, what is the healthiest/effective treatment for me?

The effective treatment will follow establishing a diagnosis. If you indeed have scabies there are good treatments to address it. See your doc for an exam and proper plan, abstain from self medicating.
