Avoid carbs: Unless you exercise a lot, best to avoid starch (rice, potatoes, sweets & breads) and sugars, and eat lots of vegetables and meats. When foods are served with creamy suaces, try to avoid eating the extra sauce. (so don't use a spoon, rice or bread to sop up the extra sauce on your plate) . Last but not least, exercise! it makes a big difference in any diet!
