Salmon could be good: Uncooked salmon, if prepared well as in sushi, can be consumed. But would this speed up your healing process? Probably not. Eating a healthy, balanced diet, along with plenty of exercise to attain a healthy body/mind will help body recover from disease/surgery/trauma better. Your wound should be mostly healed now and a bit of remodeling continues to occur for maybe 6 months or more. Good luck.

Healing: The most important thing you can do for healing is to maintain a healthy diet high in lean protein. Protein is the building block your body uses to heal and rebuild after surgery. If you consume a varied diet, you should be getting all the vitamins you need. Some physicians suggest supplementing with vitamin c or d during the healing process.

No special diet: As far as post surgical healing goes, protein and vegetables are helpful. Now is not the time to be on a calorie restrictive crazy diet. Have a balanced, healthy diet. Lots of hydration will be good too.
