See doctor now!: You need to be seen by a doctor asap. This could be an infection or cancer. There are other inflammatory diseases that might cause this, too. You will need to be examined and will likely need blood tests and maybe a biopsy.

See a doc ASAP!: These symptoms are very serious. My top concern is cancer, and my second concern is infection. Both are treatable, so don't let fear prevent you from going to see a doctor! prepare yourself for some imaging tests like ct scans, and also for a biopsy. That is the only way to know for sure what's causing the lumps so you can start prompt treatment.
