I am a 37yr old female. last night i notice a tender swollen lymph node under my left arm pit about the size of a pea. it just appeared. what could it be? could this be a sign of breast cancer or leukemia?

Tender lymph node: A rather sudden tender lymph node suggests a reactive lymphadenopathy, related to a local/ regional inflammation/infection. Other sources, including malignancies, cannot be ruled out. If persisting, growing or other symptoms, such as fever, seeing your doc will make most sense.
