Excercise vs. eating healthy, what's more important, why, and can we do one without the other?

Both crucial but...: I would say eating healthy is definitely more important. If you eat poorly, no matter how much you exercise you will still be unhealthy. If one eats healthily they might have decent health even without much exercise. But obviously it is best to eat healthy and have at least a moderate amount of exercise. I would add practicing stress reduction & avoiding toxins to the list of essential practices.
