See MD: Neosporin will not help. You need to go to see your doctor to see what it is- lymphadenitis vs abscess vs other. Antibiotic should help. If there is a large abscess and if antibiotic does not help-then incision and drainage may be needed- in addition to antibiotic. But go to see your doctor first.
