Lately i have been getting these weird spots on the inner thigh these are about the size of a fify pence piece really sore red and filled with pus.

More info: do these spots happen after shaving? are they around where the hair grow? Possibly these are folliculitis, a common skin infection, see your primary doctor for a course of Antibiotics.
