Too high: Any consistent blood pressure above 140/90 (either number) is cause for increasing your BP meds or adding to them. You should see your physician sometime in the next week or so, and discuss it. In the meantime, avoid extra salt, and do moderate aerobic exercise, and it can help to lower your BP naturally.
