None whatsoever: Perfectly normal. You must've just gotten the BP cuff.....Enjoy taking your pressures......try your ankles and see what you get.....DO NOT TRY THE NECK! LOL... Your pressures are fine....little difference from one side to the other is no big deal....BIG DIFFERENCES yes....little differences....no. Cheers!
