Low heart rate: Questions I would ask are you on beta blockers, are you athletic, do you have pacemaker, have you had an EKG - this is a very low heart rate and yes I would be concerned

Before concerns: Have somebody else check your heart rate as it may be just a misreading. At that rate you are expected to become symptomatic. Blood pressure is fine otherwise.
