Blood pressure is 94 and second test is 100. is there a cause for concern as she stated the room went dark and then passed out?

It really depends-if the baseline blood pressure is higher than this and then her blood pressure suddenly dropped to these levels, then it may have caused her to pass out. However, the numbers you reported can sometimes be ok and will not necessarily cause a person to pass out. Other tests may be needed to see if this is the etiology for the passing out. May need cardiology to evaluate.
