If you can stand up for 5-10 minutes, walk around home and do not feel lightheadedness or feeling of dizziness, then having lower BP is good at your age. Make sure to get enough nutrition and hydration. If you are taking medicine for high blood pressure, it may be the time to revisit the issue with your clinical doctor. Hope it helps.

Although your blood pressure is low, intervention may not be indicated if you have no symptoms. However, I wonder why it is low. Are you on medication for blood pressure? If so, the dose could be decreased without risk. It is important to know what medications you are on. Blood pressure does not need to be decreased to your current readings. Please discuss this with your doctor.
