Maybe: Maybe but unlikely pain site. I would rec getting an ultrasound and an x-ray to eval stat.

See a physician: Pain at the back of the kneecap can be you to multiple reasons which includes joint and ligament problems, nerve problems, DVT , varicose veins and bakers cyst you should consult an orthopedic physician who can diagnose your problem by physical examination and imaging studies like x-rays or MRI if indicated.
