Yes: You are at high risk of forming deep vein thrombi given your pro-thrombotic state. CAll 911 and go the nearest ER immediately for evaluation.

HYPERCOAGULABLE: If you are hypercoagulable and have leg symptoms then I would recommend that you have a venous duplex scan to rule out a possible DVT. A venous duplex scan is the gold standard for making the diagnosis of DVT.
