Going to bed sooner?: If you're having a hard time getting up in the morning it may be because you haven't had enough sleep, so going to bed earlier (or getting up later) may help. You might have poor sleep quality (perhaps sleep apnea). Underactive thyroid is a possibility, as is low adrenal function, food allergies, vitamin deficiencies & chronic infections. So if more sleep does not help see your doc for a check-up.
