See below: Low platelet count, thrombocytopenia can present as an isolated entity. It is not feasible to say more without knowing rest of your health history and the laboratory findings. Platelets hover between 96-160k, also get weak/aches. All other blood work stays normal. Would this still warrant a bone marrow biopsy?
