Many reasons for this: stress, not enough exercise during the day, too much exercise right before bed, eating right before bed, sleep cycle out of sync, too much sleep or napping during the day…and others. Review all those to see if any apply & consider seeing a sleep specialist.

Perhaps your doctor can design a "sleep hygiene" program. But would speculate regarding other sleep disturbing problems such as sleep apnea, periodic limb movements of sleep, RLS, REM sleep disorder, and less likely, nocturnal seizure activity.
