Sounds like depression: Please see your family doctor for a workup and treatment as well as psychotherapy referral. I don't know where you live as it does not come up on my iphone, but given the time of year you may want to read up online about seasonal affective disorder, where you get sad and want to hibernate . En.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/seasonal_affective_disorder take care and best wishes.

Just Do It: Put the alarm clock across the room, not next to your bed. Then don't go back to bed. It's a matter of desire. If the alarm was set to go off so you could catch the flight for your all-expense paid trip to hawaii--bet you'd get out of bed and be wide awake running! every day has that potential! (ok, maybe not hawaii...) treat each day as an adventure and choose to be happy. It's a choice--yours.
