I : I can understand why this would be scary. You may try to think if there is something that had scared you recently, like a movie or something you heard on the news. Try to avoid your computer for an hour or two before bedtime, and limit any watching of the news to half an hour a day or less. Take a hot bath about 1-2 hours before bed, and then keep your room cool (65 degrees or so ) at night. Avoid any caffeine before bed.
