Treat headaches: The arachnoid cyst is likely congenital and creating no problems, whatsoever, unless images are indicative of increasing size and mass effect. The headaches and dizzy spells could be of migrainous origin, but could be triggered by a host of problems such as dental, jaw, sinus, neck, etc. Try to symptomatically treat and discuss cyst with your doctor.
