Get a neurosurgical consultation. Presume a neurologist has seen you or is scheduled to do so. The cyst may or may not require surgery, but the symptoms can be successfully treated, nonetheless.

Would a bleed in brain from vascular malformation or trauma be sever? Such as major symptoms. Have never had major symptoms, but minor dizzy, tinnitus, back of headaches. MRI result shows possible past trauma. But never had any MAJOR symptoms.
