Keep with it: Ask for a biopsy under mac anesthesia next time, do not give up. You have a great doctor.

There are options: I would need much more information to discuss your specific situation. Generally, if the cyst and endometrium are stable they can be followed with sonography (ultrasounds) , and a D&C and hysteroscopy can always be done under anesthesia if there is that much concern.
