To a degree, yes: It's likely that you inherited some of the genes influencing ocd from your dad. Like many behavioral and psychological traits influenced by genes, ocd is "polygenic"--many different genes affect its appearance, strength and configuration of symptoms. So you probably received a mix of those genes, some being expressed from your mom's side, some from his.

This is a nature or: nurture question. Although anxiety and OCD seem to run in families, it is not clear whether this is due to heredity or learned behaviors or perhaps a bit of both. Some psychological disorders appear to have stronger hereditary components, but OCD is not clear cut.
