Many ways: Eat a balanced diet. Eat more frequently. Eat less refined sugars and include more protein and perhaps fat. Don't miss meals and stay away from colas, candy, pastries and other such sweets. A 6 time a day meal plan that includes a mixture of complex carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber are good for you. If you have recurring problems, see your pcp and perhaps a nutritionist/dietician/ get ck.
