if you get shaky from low blood sugar, then eat something to help it- how long does it take for the body to absorb it and stop the shaky response?

Treat Hypoglycemia: The sugar you take gets absorbed to the blood stream, in the mouth and the stomach. It would take 3-4 minutes for symptoms to improve and for the blood sugar to build up

Few minutes: and better be something sugary. If you are a diabetic, always keep candy around/handy, take your insulin or other antidiabetic medications only if your meal is ready or already eaten, good luck
