How low?: Hi. Many people call things "hypoglycemia" that have nothing to do with blood sugar. Are you a diabetic on blood sugar lowering drugs (particularly insulin)? If not, you probably don't have low blood sugar. If you ARE a diabetic on insulin (or less likely, a sulfonylurea), You should check your blood sugar when you think you might be low. Talk with your doctor about a good goal BG range.
