Not necessarily: Better to be checked by your doc for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) which sometimes precedes the development of diabetes & for overactive thyroid, which can be associated with low weight & rapid metabolism. If tests are all normal, try eating 6-8 mini-meals a day to prevent highly fluctuating blood glucose levels.

See your doctor: If you think you have trouble with low blood sugar you really need to be evaluated by your physician. Treating what feels like low blood sugar without really knowing what's going on doesn't address the problem. Please see your doctor.
