You don't: First, you and your doctor find out if there is a cause. Constipation? Hygeine? Then you treat the UTI with antibiotics. Untreated utis can go on to become serious infections with potentially permanent damage. You can then use some alternative therapies to help alleviate the discomfort, minimize side effects of treatment, and try to avoid recurrances. But you have to treat it conventionally.

?UTI? why do U think: A UTI in a 3 yo is not some nuscience an adult women gets as part of her lifestyle & vulnerabilities triggered by a sex life.In kids it can be an indication the plumbing is hooked up wrong;urine back washes up to the kidney and proper treatment requires identification of the germ, if there is one, or identification of the cause of symptoms if not.A minimum of a visit, urinalisis & culture are needed.
