A goals of care discussion with your oncologist going carefully over all the options including dose reductions, postponing or not having treatment with their limitations and expected benefits should take place in the context of the type of lymphoma, other comorbidities, functional status, curative/palliative intent. Never an easy discussion or decision to make.
