Salt water soaks: You may try salt water soaks but whatever you do, do not try to squeeze or pop it yourself. Take 1 table spoon of salt to a pint (large glass) of warm (not hot) tap water. Soak a wash cloth in it then let it sit on the "boil" for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times each day. This may help.
