Not the same: Accessa sort of liquifies uterine fibroids through thermal ablation. This is not an appropriate treatment for ovarian cysts. It is a newer technology for fibroids with a somewhat mixed clinical results. Widespread adoption has not yet occurred but there are Gyn surgeons who really like it.
