No, but harmless: There are no good randomized clinical studies, where half of a group of men get homeopathic treatment and half get a placebo (fake treatment). Sperm counts change from month to month so if you take a baby Aspirin a day & get a better sperm count the 2nd time is it due to the aspirin? One small study of homeopathy for sperm problems had no placebo group. Expect no side effects, unknown if benefits.
