Follow Rx: If your menstrual cramping is not relieved by the rx given to you, i would let your physician know, so s/he can continue to properly treat your condition. Taking an aleve, (naproxen) which is basically the same family as naprosyn wouold not be recommended to do when you are already rx'd the naprosyn. Good luck.
