I don't see your: question here.I will answer based on what I think your question is:"Are there any other treatments for this?" I would suggest seeing your gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.If you're taking Alleve or ibuprofen,be sure you are taking enough (2 every 8hours for Alleve and 3 once for ibuprofen,then 2 every 4-6hours).Start one day prior to your period.Birth control pill is other option.
