Medicinal cannabis: I have several females with premenstrual pain disorder who have been helped by medicinal cannabis (use only in state where legal and under direction of a doctor). Women with joint hermobility syndrome (jhs) are particularly subject to greater intensity of pain in first days of menses, when hormone relaxin is secreted and further loosens pelvic joints.
