Balance : An appropriate diet is one that is balanced with adequate protein intake and limited fats and carbohydrates. Eating legumes and nuts and tofu are helpful to provide protein , particular for the vegetarian . Fruits and vegetables that are not over-cooked will provide many vitamins and other nutrients.
