Careful excision: Your mole is in an area that heals well with minimal scarring. It can be removed by an ophthalmologist, plastic surgeon, or dermatologist of your choice. Healing is rapid in this area and there should be no pain.

Want it all: I don't think it is realistic to expect mole removal will not result in a scar. If the mole is surgically excised, this will always produce a scar. A skilled surgeon or dermatologist can certainly help minimize scarring, however. Provided you are a healthy person, i would anticipate quick healing in this anatomic area due to excellent blood supply.

Shave excision: I would have a doctor shave this lesion off flush with the adjacent tissues leaving a flat instead of aa linear scar. Although there is a risk of recurrence, it usually will recur smaller and less dark.
