SCARS: The scars can be lightened with laser tx by a dermatologist. The foreskin replacement is another issue and difficult to replace as an adult.

Good news, bad news: Good news first: you can bleach the scars using hydroquinones, bad news, your foreskin has gone! it cannot be restored.
