2 options: It is either a colonization problem, which needs Chlorhexidine showers, or a fungal infection. Your dr or urgent care can help with this. If these fail, will need to see derm.

See a dermatologist: This needs to be appropriately diagnosed and treated. Assuming it was inadequate hygiene (and it seems unlikely), that still does not tell you what is causing these lesions. Either go to a different doctor you trust or see a dermatologist.
