From Hot Shower/bath: It may be from taking a shower/bath with hot water as it raises your body temperature, and when you come out and use towel.That may trigger to the skin and stimulate histamine release, which causes hives. Cholinergic urticari: This is called cholinergic urticaria occurring during the cooling off period after a rise in core body temperature. This can often be prevented by taking an antihistamine 1-2 hrs prior. This is not dangerous to your health and may go away after a few years.
