I have recently noticed a palpable nodule in the ruq of my abdomen. approximately 1cm in diameter; not sentsitive to touch. should i be concerned?

Lipoma: If you can feel it and it is in the skin outside your abdominal cavity, and it is mobile and rubbery, it is very likely to be a subcutaneous fatty tumor (lipoma). I wouldn't be worried. Keep an eye on it and if it is enlarging have someone look at it.
