Recently had ruq us due to abdominal pain/pressure, results were increased echotexture suggestive of fatty infiltrate, mild enlargement 19.6cm. what does this mean. still having pain f/u in 1 month.

Fatty liver: The ultrasound is suggestive of fat in the liver. This finding can have several causes, and requires evaluation by a hepatologist or gastroenterologist. Blood will be checked for evidence of liver injury. Sometimes a liver biopsy is necessary.
