RUQ pain: RUQ pain radiation to back can be gallbladder infection,cholecystitis that needs prompt attention. Have you been checked for gallstones? or gallbladder infection? Where is the nodule is it in the liver or gallbladder? pancreas? Could also be kidney infection. Pain is usually not something we wait on . Nodule depends where and malignant potentional f/u today with doc/urgent care

Get abdominal: ultrasound- this is very suggestive of gallstones or an inflamed gallbladder, Also get a CBC, swd rate, full liver profile, amylase and lipase: this sounds like gallbladder until proven otherwise.
