IVF: For women who have difficulty becoming pregnant on their own, their are many different treatment options. Each has advantages and disadvantages. The bottom line, if you are asking which treatment has the highest success rate, it is almost always ivf. However, not everyone needs ivf. That is a personal choice is many cases.
