IVF: For women who have difficulty becoming pregnant on their own, their are many different treatment options. Each has advantages and disadvantages. The bottom line, if you are asking which treatment has the highest success rate, it is almost always ivf. However, not everyone needs ivf. That is a personal choice is many cases.

Depends: - case where just starting to try to conceive, having intercourse every 1-2 days around the time of ovulation. - case where infertility has been diagnosed, ivf usually yields the best success.
