A member asked:

Wouldn't having hips anatomically predisposed to rotate with respect to each other leave a runner susceptible to obturator nerve injury when running?

No. But not really: Sure what you are asking. Obturator syndrome is extremely rare and a diagnosis that is questionable at best. Your hips position doesn't have much factor in that usually it is because of the anatomy of the tissue slings/muscle around the obturator nerve.
