Once a monkey biteme as wound was very small i washed it with soap and did not took anti rabies injection. now in my skin i see red dot and feel itch?

Infection: They way you describe it may be infection. All animal/human bites must be treated for infection. Monkeys can have rabies and transmit rabies. So if it is a money that can be monitored, keep a watch over it and also keep health dept informed. If if was an unprovoked bite by a wild monkey, get vaccinated for rabies.
